International Dining Club, Ltd. was first established in l97l in
Richmond, Virginia. It was founded by Norman Morgan and became a unique
entity in that restaurants of all varieties from family type to the
finest gourmet and of course restaurants pricewise in between
participate in the program.
By May, l972 the business opened up in Tidewater, Virginia which covers
the area from Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia
Beach, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth. During this period of time, the
popularity of International Dining Club was continuously growing and
soon after many additional cities and states were added to the mix.
